Shipping policy

At KIDZADORA, we work with an international partnered supplier in China who will ship your item/s directly to you, from their warehouse.

Shipping times will vary slightly depending on your country and the item/s ordered.  If you have ordered more than one product at checkout, our supplier will do their best to send together, but we cannot guarantee this.

For example, UK shipping times:

  • Order processing time: 1 to 3 days.
  • Delivery: average delivery time between 5 and 8 days. 
  • For all shipping: your item is tracked.  You will be notified automatically and a tracking number will be provided.  Please be patient as the tracking number can take up to 48 hours on average to come through.

In addition to the UK, we ship to many European and International Countries. Processing time is 1-3 days with estimated delivery times provided below:

If you are unable to checkout, please email us at: support@kidzadora.com.  It may be that:

  • We have not added your country yet.
  • Our supplier does not ship to your country.
  • The cost of shipping alone can be more than the product selling price; and 
  • Shipping delivery times are anywhere between 20 and 60 days.

If you reside outside of the UK, we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes or other costs that you may be required to pay before your item is released to you in your home country.  

Delivery Address

When inputting your address at checkout, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided. Please note that: we cannot accept a change of address once you have paid for your order.

Cancelling Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier by our supplier, it is not possible for your order to be intercepted (cancelled). 

Shipping Delays

By shopping with us, you accept that delays can occur beyond our control, such as:

  • The holiday season e.g., Christmas, due to the shipping carrier and your local delivery service having to deal with an increase in parcel shipment/delivery
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Living in remote areas
  • Industrial action e.g., strikes
