We ship from our partnered suppliers' warehouse which is located in Asia, 

Q: Where do you ship to?

 

We ship to various countries including the United Kingdom (home country), Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, USA, Canada, Australia, Norway and other international countries. A comprehensive list will be available soon.

 

Q: Why can I not check out and pay for my order?

    Ensure accurate bank details in the provided fields. Verify card details with your bank for 'Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)'. Insufficient funds lead to payment decline. Contact us to check country availability for shipping.

Q: Are items shipped together?

Our supplier will always try to pack and ship your ordered items together. However, we cannot guarantee this. So, please expect them to be delivered separately.

Q: What is the order processing time?

It usually takes 2 to 3 days to process orders.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Our partnered suppliers deliver within 3 to 8 days (+processing time). 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

Once your order leaves the warehouse with our supplier for shipping, we are unable to cancel your order.

Q: Do you use UK sizing for children's clothing and footwear?

There are differences between brands, manufacturers, and countries like UK, EU, US, and Asia. For instance, Asian clothing tends to run smaller than UK sizes. It is best to consult the size chart provided by our supplier, as sizing may vary between US, EU, and CN measurements. 

Q: Do you provide a measurement chart for each product on your site?

We display the measurements provided by the supplier in the form of an image or on the product page for most of the products on our site.  Please use this as your guide to ensure the correct fit for your child. 

Q: What if the item does not fit?

If the item does not fit, it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost for the item to be returned with proof of delivery (e.g., tracked/signed), so a refund can be given.

Q: Is my ordered item tracked?

Yes. Tracking is used for items ordered and this will be provided automatically. It can take up to 48 hours usually for the tracking number to be released. You can also track your order here: www.17track.net
