Shipping Policy

At KIDZADORA, we work with an international supplier. This means, your order will be shipped directly to you, the customer - from their warehouse.  They will always try to pack and ship 2 or more items ordered together, but we cannot guarantee this, so please expect it to arrive separately to avoid any disappointment.

Processing and Shipment (inclusive of delivery):

• Processing of your order can take 2 to 3 days. 
• Our suppliers will ship within 3-8 days.
• For all shipping, regardless of supplier - your item is 'tracked'.  You will be notified and a tracking number will be provided.  Please be patient as the tracking number can take up to 48 hours on average to come through.

We ship most notably to the UK, where KIDZADORA is based, as well as internationally.  If you live outside of the UK, we are not responsible for any import fees that you may be required to pay before your item is released to you in your home country.
